Ideol, based in La Ciotat (France), was created in 2010 with the aim of developing both technically and economically viable floating foundation solutions for the offshore wind industry. Recipient of numerous innovation and entrepreneurship awards, the company benefits from the support of a large and prestigious panel of public and private investors. Its industry-changing and patented “Damping Pool”® design is compatible with all existing offshore wind turbines. Topic : Concrete and grout mix study

In the frame of the Wind Farm development and large-scale production, the concrete mix shall be designed according to structure and construction methods requirements.

Concrete mix shall be set depending on cost and material availability. This internship aims to assess the most economical and practical combination of readily available materials to produce a concrete that will satisfy the performance and construction requirements as defined in DNVGL ST C502 and requested by Construction department.

Profile

• Final year of Master’s degree or engineer in Civil Engineering
• A good command of English, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Knowledge of computational analysis and physical modelling
• Inclination for material behavior, concrete, testing.
• Comfortable in written communication and reporting.
• The candidate shall be familiar with bibliography, mechanical study and experimental testing.
